New Positions

Job Title:  Part-Time Workshop Instructor

Mindscale Learning Inc. is currently hiring part-time evening Extended Learning Instructors for the Flower Mound - Lewisville - Carollton - Coppell area for the upcoming school year.   As a part-time extended learning instructor, you will receive training to deliver Mindscale Learning’s proven, personalized approach to learning while enjoying a competitive compensation that includes continuing professional development.   • Location: Flower Mound - Lewisville - Carollton - Coppell
  • Job Type: Part time Weekdays (3-5pm)
  • Salary: Starting at $21/hr and the possibility of participating in profit sharing incentive plan

 Job Description:

  • Instruct assigned classes at a designated location.  Requires travel to various schools / activity centers.
  • Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interest of the students.  
  • Requires minimum time commitment other than classroom teaching.  There are no lessons to plan and no homework to grade.
  • Will participate in, and will be an active member of our instructional support team.
  • This position may lead to a higher level position responsible for hiring / managing other instructional staff.

 Job Requirements:

  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, articulate and compassionate with school-aged children
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • 4-Year college degree and teaching certification preferred
